She has spoken on a national level on Real Estate Assistants and served as a member of the grievance committee in Central Florida striving to raise the level of professionalism and ethics. As Corporate Sales Director for a large national residential development firm, Jeff Criminger managed and coordinated sales development and activities for over $1 billion of product development and sales across multiple states. He was responsible for all training and was instrumental in the development of multiple sales training videos and other sales training materials. Jeff has been committed to individual productivity training and coaching during his entire sales career. First as a sales agent and then as a manager, Jeff sought out the most effective training and coaching and developed numerous teaching and coaching strategies of his own. more »

Rusty Criminger has been in the real estate business as a marketer, developer, agent, sales manager and trainer for over 35 years. Rusty has developed and conducted sales training seminars and workshops for the real estate industry for the past 25 years. Rusty is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina. He’s frequently called upon as a guest lecturer at Georgia Tech’s School of Architecture. He travels extensively to lecture on community development, marketing and general real estate. Rusty provides sales training seminars and workshops for the real estate industry and consults directly with real estate companies. more »

She was named a Worldwide Top Agent for several years with ERA franchises and top 1% with ReMax, holding their exclusive Lifetime award. Sue is the author and producer of "Listings Are the Name of the Game" training seminar and has spoken nationally for many well known real estate trainers and coaches. Robin Fox began his real estate career in 1987 at the age of 24 in a Northern California university town. Robin became a broker and started his own independent company in 1997, and over the last decade he has consistently ranked in the top 3% to 5% of realtors for most closed units on his local Board of Realtors. more »

Jeff Goodman has been in real estate for 39 years in Florida. Jeff managed branch offices for CB, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens and GMAC. Jeff owned HomeTeam Realty ERA & GMAC until two years ago when he sold his company. He managed his company into the Top 50 ERA brokers in the US and was the ERA Broker Council President of the Year. Serving as the Education Chairman for District 11, Jeff planned the educational offerings, CRS and GRI programs for four associations. more »

She is a recognized leader in her ReMax office and has been involved in many forms of training for over eight years. Jerry Smith has been in the real estate business as an agent, owner, trainer, coach and consultant for over 35 years. Jerry started his real estate career as an agent in Cheyenne Wyoming. He quickly became one of the leading agents in Cheyenne and moved into management with the largest real estate firm in Wyoming. Jerry was president of his local board, president of the Wyoming Association of Realtors®, and Realtor® of the Year for both his local and state association.
