Bill Schmitt has been a broker in the real estate industry for 23 years. During his tenure with CVA, Inc., his successes in the Atlanta area included the record-making sale of the conversion of 1280 West. While with American Invsco, he was responsible for several successful apartment-to-condo conversions in both Atlanta and Chattanooga. Bill now shares his extensive knowledge of the industry with QTS where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. more »

Licensed since 1980, Mike has sold real estate, managed real estate offices, built a very successful small Team grossing over $2.6M in commissions, and has participated on over 9,000 Coaching calls with his wife, Donna. Mike currently is the head of Training at Quantum, and is developing new courses as well as conducts Training courses for Brokers, Coaches, and Agents across the Country. more »

Ray Bouléy has focused over 15 years of his career to the real estate industry, working with builders, developers and brokerage companies in virtually every product category. Ray’s expertise is strategic marketing. His business model focuses on how to create strategic brands and strategic brand alliances, developing communication strategies that reach consumers at a variety of touch points throughout their buying cycle. Ray is one of only 650 to have received his Member Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation from the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Jeff Rakowski has 30+ years in the Information Technology business with in depth experience in six different industries including real estate, supply chain logistics, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, consumer products, petroleum and transportation in both domestic and foreign assignments. His expertise: understanding the real connection between the people and the processes within an business, allowing him to determine the most effective IT solutions for the business to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase profits. Jeff brings all of this expertise to QTS. He is charged with ensuring we leverage technology to communicate with our clients. Bobbie Schmitt contributes a wide range of experience and talent in her role as a QTS Master Coach. Her career began in sales where she quickly earned top honors, including being named Realtor of the Year twice by the Greater Orlando Area Board of Realtors. She went on to become a Broker-Owner, interior designer and international trainer/speaker. Giving back to her profession, she has served as president and/or director on local, state and national levels of her Associations and published books and many articles. She teaches creative, practical methods to enhance a company’s profit margin and manage change in the real estate market of today. more »

Leora Dubrovsky began her real estate career in the late 80’s where after only six months in real estate, she had 105 transactions and was named “Rookie of the Year”. Ten years later, Leora opened her own real estate office and soon after felt compelled to share the knowledge she had gained, and became a real estate coach herself.
