Well, I finally made my first for sale by owner cold call. Their was a for sale sign (by owner) in my neighborhood. I did what you said, "Start off with an introduction, 2nd questioning, so I could get a better idea about his situation, listened, took notes". He said he was coming down and I could meet him then. I got his e-mail address and I am sending him some items of interest and will follow-up with a phone call.

Yes it was painful at first, but I realize by taking your class that I can view these calls positively. That I can see these new opportunities becoming very empowering. It’s going to be the key to new fresh opportunities. Pastures new. No limits! As my Coach, you have given me a new mindset that making cold calls is the key to my personal achievement.

Thank you again for getting me started. It’s all up to me at this point. Getting on a schedule, and call, call, call! Again I enjoyed your class and I would highly recommend it to anybody.
